We want you to love your Motel Rocks pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items back into their original packaging and include the completed returns form to ensure your refund is processed quickly.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days to your original payment method.
